HUSNA SOUQ TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By participating in Husna Souq and having your business listed, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. No Liability for Business Operations

   Husna Souq serves as a promotional platform for businesses. We are not responsible for the operations, products, or services of any businesses listed on the platform. All transactions, engagements, and business dealings between Husna Souq guests and listed businesses are the sole responsibility of the parties involved. Husna Souq is not liable for any disputes, losses, damages, or claims arising from such transactions or engagements.

2. Accuracy of Business Information

   Businesses are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide, including logos, contact details, documents and descriptions, is accurate and up-to-date. Husna Souq will not be held liable for any errors, omissions, or misrepresentations in the information provided by the businesses.

3. Vendor Eligibility

   To be eligible to participate in Husna Souq, businesses must meet the following criteria:

   • The business must be owned and operated by a guest of Husna Vacations at the Beach and Beyond 2025 event.
   • Vendors must submit accurate business information, including a valid business name, contact details, and high-resolution logo.
   • The business will be required to provide social media handles as part of the listing process.
   • Third-party businesses or businesses representing someone not attending the Beach and Beyond event are ineligible for listing.
   • Any business that violates these terms will be immediately removed from the platform.
4. Business and Buyer Due Diligence

   All businesses listed on Husna Souq are expected to perform their own due diligence when engaging with potential customers, vendors, or partners. Husna Souq does not vet or guarantee the credibility, financial standing, or legal compliance of any business listed on the platform. It is the responsibility of the businesses to ensure they meet all legal and regulatory requirements for their operations.

   Likewise, individuals and guests purchasing from the listed vendors are responsible for conducting their own due diligence when engaging with the businesses. Husna Souq assumes no liability for any purchases or transactions made between businesses and guests.

5. Fraud and Misrepresentation Protection

   Husna Souq strictly prohibits any form of fraud or misrepresentation by businesses listed on the platform. Businesses must not make false claims about their products, services, or business operations. If fraud or misrepresentation is discovered, Husna Souq reserves the right to immediately remove the business from the platform without notice and without refund.

6. Ownership and Guest Eligibility

   Businesses listed on Husna Souq must be owned and operated by the individuals or entities submitting the listing. It is prohibited for businesses to present or list any entities not owned by them. Furthermore, only businesses owned by guests of Husna Vacations at Beach and Beyond 2025 are eligible to be listed on Husna Souq. Any attempt to list a business on behalf of a non-guest or another party is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the platform.

7. Cancellation and Termination Policy

   Husna Souq reserves the right to cancel or terminate any business listing at any time, at our sole discretion, if these terms and conditions are violated or for any other reason deemed necessary. In the event of cancellation or termination, no refunds will be provided for any promotional or listing fees paid by the business.

8. Limitation of Liability

   To the fullest extent permitted by law, Husna Souq will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Husna Souq platform. Our total liability, if any, will be limited to the promotional fees paid by the business for their listing or any additional services.

9. Compliance with Local Laws

   All businesses must comply with the laws and regulations governing their industry and region. Husna Souq is not responsible for ensuring compliance and will not be liable for any legal issues that arise due to non-compliance by listed businesses.

10. Dispute Resolution

    Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or participation in Husna Souq must be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to mediation or arbitration.

11. Governing Law

    These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United States Of America and subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.

By participating in Husna Souq, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
