HUSNA SOUQ VENDOR AGREEMENT
This Vendor Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between:
- Husna Vacation (Event Organizer), located at 40566 Deer Creek Dr
Canton MI 48188, hereinafter referred to as the "Event Organizer."
- The Vendor, hereinafter referred to as the "Vendor."
By checking the box below, the Vendor agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. EVENT DETAILS
- Event Name: Husna Souq at Winter Classic Getaway
- Event Dates: Friday, February 7, 2025, to Saturday, February 8, 2025
- Venue: Deerhurst Resort, 1235 Deerhurst Dr, Huntsville, ON P1H 2E8
- Event Timings: Friday 1:30pm - 7:00pm; Saturday 12:00pm - 7:00pm
2. VENDOR FEES
- The Vendor agrees to pay a participation fee of $350 USD plus a $50 fee for electricity and Wi-Fi, along with a 4.99% transaction fee (collectively referred to as the "Fee") to the Event Organizer.
- Payment must be made by January 25, 2025, to confirm booth.
- Fees are non-refundable unless the Event Organizer cancels the event.
3. VENDOR SPACE
- The Event Organizer will provide each Vendor with a designated space measuring approximately 10’ x 10’.
- Vendor spaces will include 1 table, 2 chairs.
- Vendors are responsible for their own setup, decoration, and cleanup of their space.
4. SETUP AND TAKEDOWN
- Setup: Vendors must complete their setup by 12:00pm on February 7, 2025.
- Takedown: Vendors must clear their space by 9:00pm on February 8, 2025.
- Vendors are required to keep their area clean and dispose of any waste in designated bins.
- Setup Date/Time: Friday, 10:00am - 12:00pm
- Takedown Date/Time: Saturday, 7:00pm - 9:00pm
5. LIABILITY AND INSURANCE
- The Event Organizer is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the Vendor's property during the event.
- Vendors are advised to carry their own insurance to cover liability and property damage.
6. COMPLIANCE WITH VENUE RULES
- Vendors must adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by the Deerhurst Resort, including but not limited to health and safety standards.
- Vendor will not provide sample foods and drinks unless approved by Event Organizer and a valid ‘Food Handling Certificate’ has been presented upon registration.
- There is no food to be cooked or prepared on-site.
7. CANCELLATION POLICY
- If the Vendor wishes to cancel participation, they must notify the Event Organizer in writing no later than January 28, 2025, by emailing souq@husna.com.
- Cancellations made after January 28, 2025, will not be eligible for a refund.
8. PRODUCT SALES AND DISPLAY
- Vendors are responsible for the sale and management of their products.
- The Vendor agrees to display and sell only items approved by the Event Organizer, which align with the theme and values of Husna Souq.
- Vendors must collect and remit their own applicable taxes.
9. PROMOTION AND BRANDING
- The Event Organizer will promote the event through various channels, but Vendors are encouraged to market their participation as well.
- Vendors may not use the Event Organizer’s branding, name, or logos without prior written consent.
10. INDEMNIFICATION
- The Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Event Organizer, its employees, and the venue from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the Vendor’s participation in the event.
11. TERMINATION
- The Event Organizer reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time for violations of the terms outlined herein or for any other reason deemed necessary.
