This $75 deposit grants you early access to notifications and the opportunity to secure a room for Husna’s Winter Classic Experience.

By making this deposit, you agree and confirm that:

You have reviewed and accepted our Terms of Service, which are subject to modifications.

You will not take pictures or videos of anyone without their consent.

Media clips taken at the event may be used for marketing purposes without further permission. We strive to inform guests before capturing media, and if you request removal of specific content afterward, we will do our best to comply.

This is a family retreat with designated activity times and pool areas for sisters only. If you are male, you agree to respect these designated areas and times.

All guests, male or female, agree to maintain an appropriate and modest dress code.

You will treat staff, volunteers, and fellow guests with kindness and respect at all times.

Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited during the event.

Deposit & Booking Details

This deposit secures your spot for Winter Classic 2026 but does not constitute an actual booking, registration, or room selection.

Notifications regarding booking availability will be sent via email. It is your responsibility to ensure you provide the correct email address and mark asif@husna.com as a safe sender to prevent emails from going to spam or junk mail.

Once bookings open, your $75 deposit will be applied toward your booking.

Your preferred room type may not be available. Connecting rooms are not guaranteed, and in some cases, this may result in additional costs.

Prices currently posted on husna.com are approximate; final pricing will be released when bookings open.

Your name and date of birth will be used to match your deposit with your booking.

Refund & Transfer Policy

Your deposit is 95% refundable until November 1, 2025, at 11:59 PM. After this date, no refunds will be issued, with no exceptions.

We are unable to offer a 100% refund under any circumstances.

All payments are non-refundable. However, they may be transferable up to 60 days before the event, subject to an administration fee.
